Each product sold on SimplyLife is certified to have a positive impact. How? Products you purchase are either made from recycled material to reduce waste and/or made in an environmentally friendly manner as to ensure the environment and life is preserved.

Purchasing goods from our store means you are supporting either small businesses that have positive initiatives or companies that are already strongly settled on developing sustainable consumerism.

Each purchase and word of mouth to your friends and families means you are helping the world transition its consumer habits into healthy sustainable manners that will ensure the future of our world.

If enough consumers decide to purchase positive impact products, other business will have to adapt to the new demands, thus accelerating the worlds transition to total sustainability.

Why SimplyLife is a first in its kind?

At the heart of our story lies consumer transparency. We strongly believe consumers have the right to know what they are buying.

In fact, everyone should be allowed to make informed choices, but by fear of selling less, businesses tend to hide any information that may devalue their products.

Our business model at SimplyLife could not be more different. Not only do we want to empower the consumer, we want to raise awareness and promote a new model of consumerism that is inevitable if we want to continue appreciating our world for us, our children and the future generations.

My order

How is my order processed?

Once your order completed, producers will be made aware and will in turn get your order ready and shipped to you.

When will I receive it?

Once your order placed, you can expect to receive it within the next days, to a week.

I haven't received a confirmation email

Though unlikely, errors may occur from time to time. Please check the spam section of your emails if you haven't done so yet. If there is nothing, please email us through our contact page. We will make sure to resolve the issue as early as possible.

How long does it take?

Our distributors are notified of your orders within the day you place your order. Your product will then likely be shipped the following day and arrive to you within the next days, to a week of time.

Where is my order?

Very likely on its way. However, you can check in your account on www.Simplylife.ch to find the tracking number displayed in your order. You can also check this in your shipping confirmation mail (which may be in your junk folder).

I received the wrong item(s)

If you've received the wrong item(s), please send us an email with your request to: info@simplylife.ch

We'll deliver the correct item to you asap and find a solution for returning the wrong item.

Discounts and vouchers

Our discounts and vouchers are generally applicable on articles where the price is not already reduced. Neither are they cumulable.

Concretely, this means that an article in the Outlet (or elsewhere) at -50% is out of reach. And if you have two vouchers/codes (lucky you!), we suggest to keep one for the next potential visit.

Exceptions to these rules exist, but these remain exceptions.

My voucher doesn't work

Have you double checked its spelling? Capital or small letters should not matter.

It may also be that you are trying to use it on an item with a price which is already reduced. This is unfortunately not possible.

Returns

Policy

You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

A few remarks though:

1. We only accept UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED articles as our customers (you) expect flawless goods.

2. Items bought from our OUTLET section cannot be returned - there's a pretty good reason why we give you such an amazing discount.

3. Goods purchased with a discount, a voucher or at reduced prices are not eligible for a return nor an exchange.

Instructions

1. As we have a multitude of distributors, please contact at us through out contact page found here, with the following details:

The order number so that we can help you properly.

Please also state your request or refer to a mail exchange. Otherwise, we don't necessarily know what to do.

Once we have confirmed your eligibility for a return, we will send you the needed information, including the necessary shipping labels.

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the return has been received and checked.

 Potential refunds will be made to the payment method used for the purchase. 

In the scenario where an exchange was requested and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your exchange order.

How fast is my refund?

Immediately after the returned items have been checked, the refund is initiated (to the payment method selected at the time of purchase).

How fast is the goods inspection?

While we may occasionally experience an usual high demand, we strive to make the process as quick as possible and under a weeks time.

Defects

What to do if you receive a defective / faulty item?

We are deeply sorry. We know how frustrating it can be to wait for something you ordered, just to find out it has an issue.

If you do believe your item is defective, please send us an email at info@simplylife.ch and with a photo of the defect & your order number.

In case of defective / unusable products due to a production error, you will receive a replacement.

I received the wrong items

If you believe you have received the wrong item, we deeply apologize. Please let us know by contacting info@simplylife.ch and we'll send you instructions for returning your received item(s) and will proceed to send you the correct items back.
